Remuneration: $119,746.50 to $134,049.51 pa + superannuation & leave loading

Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and driving internal engagement? We’re looking for a Digital/Website Communications Partner to lead best-practice digital strategies across Council’s platforms, including our website, intranet, and mobile applications.

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in delivering intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital solutions for both internal and external audiences. You’ll also contribute to broader organisational goals by enhancing employee engagement and experience through innovative internal communication channels and brand-connected marketing initiatives.

To be successful for this role you will require:

• Formal, recognised qualifications (certificate, degree or diploma) in the field of web design and development, or digital media; or substantial and extensive experience relevant to the position, in the field of web design and development, or digital media.
• Experience in building and shaping websites from the ground up.
• Knowledge of, or experience in the development of policy and strategy documents.
• Exposure to complex enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative, lateral and creative thinking skills.
• Problem solving skills (the ability to liaise and resolve queries).
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
