We’re getting ready to launch Flock & Fork Café at the stunning Tatler Wines in Lovedale, and we’re looking for friendly, professional, and enthusiastic wait staff to join our team.

About the Role:
We’re seeking casual wait staff to provide exceptional service to our guests for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and special events. You’ll be the face of our café, ensuring every guest feels welcome and enjoys their experience.

Duties include:

Greeting and seating guests with a warm, professional approach

Taking food and drink orders and delivering meals

Assisting with setting and clearing tables

Processing payments via our POS system

Supporting the team during busy brunch and event service

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café

About You:

Previous café, restaurant, or bar experience preferred (but not essential for the right person)

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required

Friendly, positive attitude and great communication skills

Well-presented and professional

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and event evenings
