We require Wait Staff / Corporate/ Boardroom Waiters and supervisors for assignments in Sydney plus inner and outer suburbs. Lots of weekend, weekday, daytime and evening shifts available with immediate starts for the right candidates. You will be paid for every hour you work, within a variety of job settings including function work, cafes, restaurants, hotel banquets.

Positions:

Corporate / boardroom roles ( $35-$65 per hour)

• Provide F&B services, tea, coffee, morning tea & afternoon tea in a timely, highly efficient and effective manner.
• Demonstrated FOH experience in a similar environment such as corporate client floors, boardrooms, Hotels, or Fine dining establishments.
• Work positively in a corporate environment
• Confident in working a coffee machine
• Excellent client service skills, always demonstrating professionalism & courtesy.
• Ability to take initiative, and shift focus to meet client needs

Baristas ( $35-$65 per hour)

• Strong barista skills (espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art preferred)
• Uniform of black straight legged trousers, black closed toed shoes, white long sleeved business shirt, black tie, black sock (or be willing to purchase)

Wait Staff, Bar Staff, Supervisors. ($33.12-$75 per hour)

To be considered for the role MUST have the following:

• Min.12 months FOH experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes or Pubs
• Ability to carry 3 plates (tested during interview process)
• Ability to carry drinks trays (tested during interview process)
• 5 plate clear
• Current RSA Certificate for NSW
• Uniform of black straight legged trousers, black closed toed shoes, white long sleeved business shirt
