Recently reopened with a fresh new menu, Beau Clugston reinvents the iconic location upon the 18th floor of one of Sydney's renowned hotels. Kiln offers a truly elevated dining experience that stands out in the city’s vibrant culinary scene. With open terraces, stunning views, an open kitchen featuring a woodfire hearth, and spaces such as a bar, lounge, and private dining area, where DJ beats amplify the vibrant atmosphere.

Our dishes capture the essence of the open flame, smoke, and smoulder from the wood-burning grill. Designed for sharing, the menu evolves with the seasons, featuring sustainably sourced ingredients. Seating up to 120 guests, offering both restaurant and bar areas, Kiln provides the ideal setting to relax and soak in the atmosphere even after dining.

The Gig

We are looking to grow the front of house team to provide a unique and memorable experience for all.

Some of the things you will be doing in your new role :

Table service including menu recommendations, taking orders and ensuring a great experience for our guests

Point of sale and bill processing

Assist with packing down and resetting the restaurant for service

Flexible roster with shifts varying from Tuesday to Sunday consisting of lunch and dinner services

About You

Must hold a current NSW RSA card

Comfortable with tray service, carrying 3 plates and serving wine.

Previous experience as a waitperson with an understanding of the sequence of service, fine dining preferred

A reliable team player with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude

Comfortable using POS systems and processing payments

Keen desire to deliver a memorable dining experience through outstanding communication skills
