Pay & Benefits

All staff will be paid at least the minimum award wage under the Hospitality Industry Award.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Prior experience in waiting tables or bar work preferred.
✔ Well-presented and professional attitude.
✔ Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
✔ Must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
✔ Juniors (under 18) are welcome to apply, but due to RSA regulations, they cannot prepare or serve alcoholic beverages (including cocktails).

Tasks & Responsibilities

✔ Taking orders & resetting tables.
✔ Assisting with food service & front door duties.
✔ (18+) Mixing & serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks).
✔ Ensuring all drinks meet our high-quality standards.
