About the role

Focoze Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Machinery Operator to join our dynamic team in Taree, NSW. As a full-time Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support our operation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of projects in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozer, Tractors, Grader, Roller, Trucks and other machinery

Forestry Operation of Machinery

HR Truck Driving

Assist with site preparation, digging, loading, and unloading materials

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance

Collaborate with the team supervisor to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Adhere to all safety protocols

Participate professional development as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Machinery Operator or similar role in the construction industry

Strong attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities are a must

Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and site conditions
