At Kave Home, we create beautiful, sustainable furniture and homewares for style-conscious homes worldwide. We’re expanding in Australia and seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Birtinya Head Office team and deliver the outstanding experiences our customers expect from a premium brand.

In office presence required 5 days a week. Flexible working hours.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email

Provide product information, advice, and assistance to customers

Handle escalated issues with professionalism and warmth

Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency

Liaise with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams

Customer service experience (retail or interiors industry highly regarded)
