The Role
You’ll start by working alongside experienced Site Managers and Project Teams, gaining hands-on experience with the company’s systems, processes, and expectations. As you take on more responsibility, you’ll be guided, mentored and supported as you evolve into a fully-fledged Site Manager. This is a tech-forward builder, so strong computer skills and confident written communication are essential - you’ll be expected to manage digital systems, reports, and project documentation with ease.

What We’re Looking For

• Carpentry trade qualified with 3+ years’ experience in a Leading Hand role
• Background in luxury residential or commercial construction
• Meticulous attention to detail and an appreciation for high-end finishes
• Strong communication, written and computer skills
• Tenacity, intellect, and a willingness to learn from the best
