Business Development Manager – Glass & Glazing

Our client is a fast-growing and highly regarded business in the glass and glazing industry, delivering premium solutions across both residential and commercial sectors. Located in Dandenong, Melbourne, the company is known for quality, reliability, and a no-fuss approach, with a strong reputation across splashbacks, balustrades, shower screens, pool fencing, and more.
With business booming, they are now looking for a hungry, resilient, and self-motivated Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales growth across the VIC region.
Your Role: 60% in the Field, 40% on the Phone
This is a hands-on, proactive new business role. You’ll be cold calling, quoting, and building relationships with trades and construction professionals from the ground up.
Expect to:
Spend 60% of your time out meeting builders, cabinet makers, and trades to build trust and win work
Spend 40% in the office cold calling, prospecting, booking meetings, quoting, and managing CRM
Own your patch and grow a fresh B2B client base from scratch
What You'll Be Selling
The business supplies and installs high-quality glass products across Victoria, including:
Splashbacks
Shower screens
Pool fencing
Balustrades
Mirrors & tabletops
Office fit-outs
Glass replacements
Your focus? B2B market growth - especially across trade, construction, and manufacturing.
Training & Development
You don’t need to come from the glazing or building industry – we hire for attitude, not just experience.
You'll be trained in all aspects of sales, customer communication, quoting, and product knowledge, with a clear path to grow into a senior role.
We’ll give you the tools, training, and structure – you bring the energy and execution.
What We’re Looking For
Confident making cold calls and chasing new leads
Resilient, goal-oriented, and hungry to grow
Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline
Experience in outbound sales, construction, or trades (bonus, not essential)
Self-driven with a desire to own and grow a territory

Total Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE) $135K
$90K Base + $15K Car Allowance + $12K Super (approx.) + commission
Based out of Dandenong in Melbourne’s South-East
