About the opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative individual to join our Technology Services team as a Casual Administrative & Contracts Support Officer. In this hands-on fast-paced role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the team and coordinate ICT contract renewals across Procurement, Legal, and Finance processes.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating administrative activities and maintaining accurate records and schedules.
- Supporting vendor contract renewals and managing a central ICT contracts register.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and document integrity.
- Assisting with improvements to systems, processes, and documentation.
- Liaising professionally across teams and departments.
About you
You are an organised, proactive administrator with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. You enjoy juggling tasks, supporting busy teams, and streamlining systems. You'll bring:
- Experience in administrative roles with multi-team coordination.
- Understanding of or interest in ICT contract renewals or vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Confidence to work independently while contributing to continuous improvement.
Salary and benefits
Our staff benefit from flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work models, wellbeing initiatives, employee assistance programs and professional learning opportunities. This position is:
- Casual, with full time hours available
- Located at either Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480 with hybrid and work from home flexibility.
- HEW Level 5. The casual hourly rate will be from $55.26.
