About the company
Join a global leader renowned for their luxury kitchen and home appliances. Their Melbourne-based team supports and services premium clients/customers across Australia. Due to continual growth, they are now seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to work 2 days (Tuesday and Thursday) per week in their CBD office. Working hours are 9 am – 5 pm.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the internal customer service team and field service technicians to ensure invoices are processed and paid correctly every time. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Process invoices and payments up to 80 per day
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Resolve account queries
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist with processing employee expenses

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role
An understanding of GST and FBT, and their implications
Strong attention to detail
Experience in processing service technician invoices is highly desirable
Have full working rights in Australia
