Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in implementing Jira Service Management across diverse teams? Do you have a passion for improving workflows, enhancing user experience, and driving digital collaboration?

Our Perth-based client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Jira Service Management project across multiple teams. This is a unique 12-month opportunity to shape how our client’s service management platform operates, improving first point resolution, cycle times, and overall user satisfaction across a complex ecosystem spanning multiple systems.

The role

Working closely with the Business Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of planning, delivery and sustainability for Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools.

Main duties will also include:

• Developing and tracking detailed project plans and timelines
• Producing high-quality documentation (e.g. reports, steering papers, procurement scopes)
• Ensuring strong project governance, including risk, budget, and compliance management
• Monitoring risks and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Driving improvements in first point resolution and overall service cycle time
• Support and enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity for Jira and Confluence users.

Skills and experience

To be successful you will also have the following:

• Proven experience implementing Jira Service Management across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process mapping and workflow design
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Project management qualification: PRINCE2 or PMBOK required
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
