The Position

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding quality repairs and a high level of customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and Repair: Fix household appliances such as fridges, washer, oven, cooktop etc with accuracy and efficiency.

Experienced in working with top quality brands

Experience with premium brands such as Miele, Bosch, and Fisher & Paykel required

Manage Your Day: Keep a tight schedule, handle multiple repair jobs, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Document Your Work: Stay organized by keeping thorough records in Aroflo, complete with notes and photos.

Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and glowing reviews are your benchmarks.

Time Management: Punctuality and efficiency in completing repairs are key.

Accurate Documentation: No detail is too small, and your notes are always clear and complete.

Management of van stock

Experience and Qualifications

Relevant qualifications and/or hands-on experience in repairing household appliances

Must hold current Certificate III in Appliance Service or equivalent electrical trade qualification

Very familiar in navigating Perth roads

Skills and requirements

Previous experience in appliance repair

Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic appliance repairs

Ability to work unsupervised

A flexible, persuasive communicator

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

Able to work successfully in a team environment to achieve results

Experienced in working with top quality brands

Skilled at diagnosing problems and finding solutions

Skilled with using electronic media and communication

Computer literate

Valid Australian driver's licence with clean driving record required

Must pass police background check and be eligible to work in Australia
