Workfast is seeking a Hydraulic Hose Technician to work on an 8/6 Roster FIFO from Perth to Paraburdoo, WA.

Workfast is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our global client’s operations in Paraburdoo, WA, on a FIFO basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world leader in fluid transfer solutions, servicing mining, construction, and industrial equipment in a technically advanced and safety-driven environment.

What you get:

• $62.00 Per Hour, Flat Rate
• ROSTER: 8 Days On, 6 Days Off (8/6)
• 12 Hour Shifts
• Fly From Perth, WA ONLY*
• Meals and Accommodation provided on-site

What you need:

• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in installation work, with a proven track record
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Highly desirable: Rio Tinto Essentials and Lock Holder certification
• Highly desirable: Valid MR Driver’s Licence
• Highly desirable: Forklift, EWP, and Working at Heights tickets
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Self-motivated, technically proficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable with a strong ability to manage tasks unsupervised

What you will be doing:

• Carrying out hose replacements as part of breakdown response, new equipment installations, routine inspections, and scheduled maintenance shutdowns
• Working primarily on heavy mobile equipment across a range of operational environments
• Ensuring timely and safe completion of tasks in line with site procedures and maintenance schedules
