Salary: $130k - $150k + Super + Bonus

Role Overview
This WA manufacturing site has a proud local legacy. Known for producing premium agricultural and garden care products, it's been part of the community for decades.
In recent years, it's undergone a significant transition, shifting from a privately run operation to being part of a national network with strong investment and clear long-term vision.
Now, it needs a leader to drive the next phase.
You'll report to the National Operations Director and oversee a team of around 25, including 3 direct reports across production, dispatch, and maintenance.
Your role? Bring clarity, consistency, and care to a team that's ready for direction. Lift standards, build trust, and make this site a workplace people are proud to be part of.
Responsibilities:
- Full site responsibility including; safety, production, maintenance, and despatch
- Build culture and capability within a team that needs strong leadership
- Drive continuous improvement across operations and plant efficiency
- Manage operational KPIs and lead site planning and reporting
- Oversee safety systems, hazard identification, audits and action plans
- Coach and support your direct reports to embed accountability and engagement
- Collaborate with national leadership and contribute to local and global initiatives
Candidate Profile
You might be a Production Manager or Operations Manager who's had some exposure to site management and is ready to take the next step. You've led teams, driven improvement, and now you're looking for a site to truly make your own with support from senior leaders to grow into full P&L responsibility.
Or, you might already be a Site Manager, Plant Manager, or Factory Manager looking for a new challenge - somewhere you can have real ownership, drive long-term change, and build a legacy as part of a wider, national manufacturing network.
Either way, you're a people-first leader who thrives in complex environments.
You're not just present on the floor - you're engaged.
You know transformation takes time, energy, and consistency.
You can prioritise, take action, and lead teams through ambiguity to a better way of working.
We're Looking For:
- Proven people leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of safety, plant operations, and production performance
- Hands-on leadership style - engaged, present, and accountable
- Systems awareness (SAP preferred), with a structured approach to reporting and planning
- A change mindset - someone who thrives on the opportunity to build, improve, and lift standards

- Salary package: $130k - $150k + Super + 10% Bonus
