Key Responsibilities

Run program, quality and safety to hit milestones and zero-defect handovers

Schedule trades, suppliers and prefab installs for smooth workflow

Lead WHS: toolbox talks, audits, full compliance with NCC & AS

Issue daily reports, flag risks early and resolve on the spot

Liaise with design, engineering and approvals to clear RFIs and variations

Key Requirements

5+ yrs Site Foreman/Supervisor on $5 m+ residential projects

Trade certificate, White Card; First Aid a plus

Deep WHS/NCC knowledge and prefab experience

Confident with drawings, short-term programming and digital site tools (Procore/BIM 360)

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving under pressure

Fluent Mandarin & English to coordinate suppliers and head-office stakeholders
