Role Details

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: On going until a permanent solution is found

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (1‑hour lunch)

Pay Rate: A$35.15 per hour + super

What you'll be doing

Welcoming visitors, clients, contractors, and staff with a polished, professional demeanor

Managing a multi-line phone system: answering, screening, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages

Booking, preparing, and resetting meeting rooms to ensure timely readiness for attendees

Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries

Conducting general administrative tasks: data entry, filing, supply management, and keeping reception areas ti

Ensuring security and building protocols are followed, including visitor sign-in procedures

Who we're looking for

Previous experience in receptionist, front-office, or customer-facing admin roles

Proven experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and phone systems

Strong organisation skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods

Excellent verbal and written communication, and a polished professional presence
