Are you a polished and personable receptionist looking for a short-term opportunity in an inspiring design environment? Our client is expanding their front-of-house team and is seeking a capable Temporary Receptionist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during a busy stretch.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and contractors, representing a practice that values culture, creativity, and professionalism. With weekly team lunches and strong mentorship, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Roles and responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming reception area
Manage incoming calls and emails with precision and poise
Support meeting coordination and office communications
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, and supply management
Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required
Skills and Experience
2+ years of reception or administrative experience, ideally in the creative industries
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities
Confident in using MS Office and scheduling tools
A professional, proactive, and approachable attitude
