We’re partnering with a well-respected not-for-profit provider to find an inspiring OSHC Coordinator to lead a thriving service and community-focused team near Parramatta.

Why This Role Stands Out:

• Before School Care: 6:30 am – 9:00 am
• After School Care: 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm

• You will have 2x Full- time 2IC's (RP's)
• Opportunity for block shifts!
• Paid Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care with study leave provided
• Nominated Supervisor opportunity
• Full-time role – Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)

About You:

• Experience in OSHC or Early Childhood Education (experience as a Nominated Supervisor is highly regarded)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or willingness to obtain with support)
• Hold current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection (CHCPRT001 or equivalent)
• Confident, professional, and ready to lead a team
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
