About the role

Paramount College is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our range of educational programs and services to prospective students.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print and events

Producing high-quality content such as brochures, website copy, blog posts and social media posts to engage our target audience

Analysing marketing data and campaign performance to inform future strategies

Collaborating with the admissions team to support lead generation and conversion

Managing relationships with external partners and agencies

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education marketing

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the education or services sector

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website management, social media, email marketing and analytics

Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
