We have an opportunity for a Team Leader - Contact Centre to be part of our PoliceLink Command. The Team Leader – Contact Centre provides direction, supervision and support to the Contact Centre Team in the taking and processing of reports of crime/incidents and the provision of information to customers. The role is responsible for team performance and the overall management of a team of Customer Service Representatives.

This role is classified as a shiftworker and will be required to work a range of shifts - including nights, weekends and public holidays. Shift allowances and penalties are payable in addition to base salary.
Full Time employees work 70hrs per fortnight across 8 x shifts, Part Time employees work 35hrs per fortnight across 7 x 5hr shifts.
