About the Position
The Contact Centre Team Leader role involves supporting and guiding a team to deliver high-quality customer service. You will play a key role in staff development, performance management, and ensuring service standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Lead and support contact centre team members
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching
• Assist staff during training and nesting
• Manage escalations and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and follow procedures

Requirements/Skills

• 2–3 years customer service experience (call centre, retail, or admin)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience in an office-based role
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Teams, typing, navigation)
• Quick learner with strong system adaptability
