The Opportunity
Due to the planned retirement of a long-term team member, we're seeking an experienced Set Out Joiner / Carpenter to join our manufacturing team in Dandenong South.

This full-time role is focused on the set-out and preparation of mid-to-high-end timber windows and doors. You’ll be working in a clean, organised factory with modern equipment and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate set-out of Australian-style and European timber window & door systems

Docking, trenching, and preparation of components for production

Operation of spindle moulders, thicknessers, and general workshop machinery

Forklift operation – unloading, stacking, and stock control

Working with: Awning, Casement, Double Hung, Sliding, Stacking, Hinged & Lift-Slide systems

Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained at all times

What You’ll Need

Solid experience in timber window & door joinery, carpentry or cabinet making

Previous set-out experience in a manufacturing or workshop setting

Current forklift licence (essential)

Sound understanding of workplace safety practices

Physically fit – must be able to lift up to 25kg regularly

Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated

Friendly, team-focused attitude
