Now, we are on the lookout for Sales Representatives in Victoria – someone who understands design, speaks the language of construction, and can build trust across the architectural and building space.

About the Role
This is a consultative sales role suited to someone who enjoys working on complex, high value projects. You will be the key contact for architects, designers, builders, and developers across Victoria – managing relationships from early design stages through to final delivery.
Rather than chasing one off sales, your focus will be on building long term partnerships, supporting specifications, and offering tailored solutions that meet both design vision and functional needs.
You will be based in Melbourne with access to a beautiful, design focused showroom and support from a highly capable internal team. Site visits, client presentations, and design meetings will form a regular part of your week, and you will play an important role in shaping how the brand grows in the Victorian market.
Who You Are
A confident, natural communicator with experience selling to architects, builders, and designers
Familiar with project based, specification driven sales, and comfortable operating in a design led market
You bring experience in architectural products, windows and doors, building materials, or adjacent industries
You are driven but not pushy, and you know how to build lasting relationships – not just hit short term KPIs
You thrive in a small, passionate team where your impact is visible
What You Will Do
Engage architects, builders, and developers to support specifications and drive project wins
Manage your own pipeline from initial enquiry through to close, supported by an experienced operations team
Conduct showroom visits, client presentations, and site consultations to educate and inspire
Help shape the direction of the Victorian market as the brand continues to grow across Australia

$80,000 to $100,000 base salary plus Super plus generous Commissions
