About the role

We are looking for an experienced uPVC window Installer to join our team at Spartan Double Glazing PTY LTD in Sunshine, VIC. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality uPVC windows and doors for our residential and commercial customers across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measure and fit uPVC windows and doors to customer specifications

Ensure a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all installations

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements

Communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process

Working in a team

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment on job sites

Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-year as a uPVC window and door installer or Similar field

Strong practical and technical skills in window and door installation

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Good time management and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines

Strong communication and customer service skills

A keen eye for identifying and resolving potential installation issues

A full clean driving licence

Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
