About the Role
This company is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner on a part time basis (3 or 4 days) to lead the P&C function and contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce. In this newly created role you will report to the CFO working very closely with the CEO, developing and implementing best-practice people frameworks across the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

• Implementing strategies that enhance employee experience and retention
• Supporting leaders in fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce
• Developing performance programs that support employee development and leadership growth
• Providing coaching and guidance on career development, performance management, and disciplinary matters
• Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting leaders in implementing best practice hiring strategies
• Leading the WHS framework to ensure compliance and cultivate a strong safety culture
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of legislation to ensure compliance
• Managing HR-related expenditures within budget parameters
• Analysing HR data to identify trends and drive improvements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience in HR operations, talent management, and learning & development
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Exposure to Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• A hands-on approach with experience in a standalone role previously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with resilience in a fast-paced environment
