We’re on the lookout for a Production Team Leader to guide our cabinetry workshop in Mount Barker. What You’ll Be Doing
Leading our cabinetry workshop with a steady hand and high standards
Supporting sales, design, and drafting early in each project to ensure practical and buildable solutions
Managing production schedules, team workflows, materials, and stock
Mentoring and guiding our apprentices and junior cabinet makers
Overseeing multiple bespoke projects and maintaining precision, pace, and quality
Creating and managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets stay on track
Ensuring post-installation service is handled with care and professionalism
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence
What We’re Looking For
A trade-qualified cabinet maker or experienced production leader in kitchen/cabinetry manufacturing
Someone who leads with confidence, care, and collaboration
Excellent communication skills—you’re approachable, clear, and dependable
A natural mentor with a desire to help others succeed
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop documentation
A professional presence and a can-do attitude
