With a strong reputation for quality in forest operations, we’re looking for a capable and motivated Forest Operations Team Leader to join our dynamic team and help deliver high-quality outcomes for our business and customers in forest management and conservation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team in daily operations

Coordinate and implement forest maintenance and restoration tasks, forest health monitoring and fire fighting/mitigation activities

Ensure safety protocols and environmental standards are followed

Maintain equipment and manage logistics for fieldwork

Report progress and challenges to managers

Qualifications & Skills

Demonstrated leadership experience

Physically fit and able to work in remote, rugged environments under varying conditions

Strong communication and team coordination skills

Preference given to candidates with:

Firefighting experience/training

Forest, environmental, or conservation-related qualifications or certifications
