About the role

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Lonsdale, SA. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products. What you'll be doing

Operating production equipment and machinery to manufacture products according to established procedures and quality standards

Monitoring production processes and performing basic troubleshooting to maintain efficient operations

Adhering to all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment as required

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process efficiencies

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities

Collaborating with team members to support the overall production goals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the Assembly & Process Work industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures with precision

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production equipment and machinery

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the team
