What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a motivated sales professional with a strong track record in winning new business and growing existing accounts. Key requirements include:
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through new business development
Experience managing both short and long-term sales strategies
Strong market knowledge, including tenders and competitor insights
Skilled negotiator with excellent conflict resolution abilities
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
A commitment to outstanding customer service
Clear and confident communicator – written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
Solid planning, forecasting, and reporting skills
Prior experience in the waste industry
A current NSW driver’s licence
