Sepserve is seeking a skilled Excavator and Truck Operator to join our growing team. We're known for delivering top-quality septic, drainage, and excavation work across regional councils including Bendigo, Macedon, Hepburn, and beyond.

🔧 The Role:
This part-time/casual role involves operating excavators and HR trucks for a variety of on-site tasks such as:

Excavating tank holes

Trenching and backfilling

Soil and material cartage

Supporting plumbing and drainage crews on residential and commercial projects

Hours may vary week to week but typically fall between 4–5 working days.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

HR Licence – mandatory

Excavator operating experience – especially trenching and confined space work

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel within Central Victoria for job sites
