Core Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Machine Operators are responsible for the efficient and safe operation of production machinery. Key duties include:

Setting up and preparing machines by loading materials and adjusting settings to production specifications.

Operating and monitoring machines to ensure continuous, smooth operation and consistent product output.

Performing quality checks on products, identifying and addressing any defects or machine malfunctions.

Conducting basic troubleshooting and maintenance, including cleaning and minor adjustments, and reporting complex issues.

Adhering strictly to safety and quality standards (including hygiene in food processing environments) and maintaining accurate production records.
