Ballarat Tailings Dam Project – Immediate Start

To make the process more efficient, we’re now recruiting for specific operator roles one or two at a time, rather than all at once. If you meet the criteria below, we encourage you to apply. Non-Negotiable Requirements

Before applying for any MC Earthmoving roles in Ballarat, you must:

Be able to pass a National Police Check.

Pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.

Hold a valid ticket for the machine you’re applying to operate, with minimum 2 years’ recent experience on that machine.

Not have previously worked at Ballarat Gold, Victory Minerals or for any of its contractors (due to conflict of interest).

Be based in or near the Ballarat region – local applicants only will be considered.

The Opportunity

We have commenced a large-scale tailings dam project in Ballarat and are seeking skilled Dozer Operators to join our team. If you are passionate about earthmoving and want to contribute to a high-quality, impactful project, this is your chance.

Key Details:

Position: EXCAVATOR Operators

Hours: 6:30am – 5:00pm

Roster: 7 days a week available – with a higher rate for weekends. You can choose to work Monday–Friday only if preferred.

Start Date: Immediate
