The Company

Our client, is a high-profile property developer, that owns and operates a number of residential developments globally. Based in Perth's Western Suburbs, you will be part of a team working on their newest apartment developments - you’ll be the face of the community — building and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

The Position

• 38 x hour week - Working Tuesday to Saturday
• Responding to all rental enquiries
• Meeting and qualifying potential tenants & showing the apartments
• Processing tenant applications and references
• Lease sign-ups & renewals
• Schedule and conduct routine inspections
• Maintain presentation of apartments and shared spaces
• Manage online property listings
• Assist with resident events
• Update systems and maintain records
• Perform general admin and support tasks

Skills & Experience

• Ideally, 2 years experience within the real estate industry
• Property Management Registration preferred, but not essential
• Be passionate about property, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine “people person” with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Professional presentation and a passion for customer service
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
