About the role

Mercedes-Benz Bunbury & Bunbury Honda is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our used car team in Bunbury, Western Australia. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in the automotive industry, whether you are new to sales or an experienced professional.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide personalised solutions
• Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles to build customer interest and trust
• Negotiating sales terms and closing deals effectively
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Assisting with vehicle delivery and post-sale customer support
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to build rapport with customers
• A driven and self-motivated attitude, with a keen interest in the automotive industry
• Previous automotive sales experience is desirable
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to demonstrate vehicles
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
