About the role

We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Administrator to perform a variety of admin duties in our busy Sales office. You will be joining a friendly team who enjoy working together.

$30-$32 p/h + Super - Part Time - 30 hours per week over 5 days

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Handling phone and email enquiries

Providing quotes and pricing to merchants

Managing daily outbound freight

Data entry and processing of purchase orders

Assisting customers with warranty matters

Preparing product samples for postage

Office support duties including filing and archiving

Other administrative duties as required

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly and a team player

Well-spoken with Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service

Proficient using Microsoft Office suite of products

Reliable, trustworthy and enjoys working in a team environment

Experience working in internal sales and/or a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
