About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Specialist who’s enthusiastic about high-quality, industry-aligned education and training outcomes to join our team and lead key initiatives in the transport and logistics sector.
Your ability to manage projects with a focus on scope, quality, risk, and financial management to deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment, together with the transport and logistics sector, will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing projects across scope, quality, finance, risk and compliance parameters.
Designing and implementing high quality engagement experiences for industry and government stakeholders to develop viable solutions to training, and workforce development solutions and reform opportunities.
Overseeing the development and facilitation of project working groups, providing evidence, drafts proposals, and expert insights demonstrating progress and momentum across the project lifecycle.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A sound understanding of the Australian Vocational, Education and Training (VET) system and national policy context.
Strong project management and organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, team members and stakeholders.
Advanced verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to form effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
