Qualifications & experience
Proficiency in automotive and towing service management software and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
The Understanding and ability to book in customers and allocate the jobs.

Basic understanding of automotive terminology and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
Greet customers or review incoming service orders submitted via phone, email, or in-person
Verify and document vehicle details, including make, model, year, and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
Identify and record the customer's service needs and concerns, ensuring all information is accurately captured.
Generate and assign work to mechanics and tow truck drivers based on their availability
Assist with filing and organizing service records, invoices, and customer correspondence
