Flinders + Co is one of Australia’s top meat distributors based in Port Melbourne and we’re looking for a high achieving Night Butcher - Team Leader to join our fast growing business.

We supply some of the world's best meat to the world's best restaurants and venues in Melbourne and beyond. We are passionate about the brands we represent – ethical, sustainable, boutique producers. Our butchery team is world class and produce beautiful sausages, steaks, burgers and schnitzels.

The role will involve managing our Night Shift Production Team and running our production room from 12am - 8am - portion cutting meat primals, producing gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages, handling and managing a sophisticated dry ageing chiller, and the opportunity to design new products and lines for our food service customers. Previous experience running meat production rooms with 10+ staff will be highly valued.
