ROLE

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Principal and assist in the management and mentoring of staff. The role has the option of equity within 12–24 months, making this an ideal step for someone with partnership ambition.

Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for a broad range of SMEs

Providing strategic business advice and supporting client growth

Mentoring junior staff and overseeing workflow and training

Engaging directly with business owners to build long-term relationships

Driving efficiencies through the firm’s cloud-based systems

YOU

CA/CPA qualified with solid experience in business services or tax

Proven team leadership or management experience

Commercial mindset and desire to step into an equity position

Experience with Xero and cloud-based workflows preferred
