About Us:

We take pride in offering a wide range of premium brands of barbecues, smokers, Yeti drinkware & coolers, outdoor furniture, bar fridges, and more, ensuring our customers can create the perfect backyard oasis.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our extensive range of products, engaging them in the sales process and closing deals.

- Share your knowledge and passion for barbecues, smokers, Yeti gear and outdoor living to assist customers in making informed decisions.

- Be a merchandising whiz – ensuring our displays are not only neat and tidy but changed regularly to keep things looking fresh!

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Administrative duties, including processing online sales (pick & pack), responding to customer enquiries (via email & telephone), accepting stock into our warehouse, staying on top of warranty cases, stock taking and following up open purchase orders to name a few.

Requirements:

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

- Enthusiasm for outdoor living and a basic understanding of barbecue and grilling products.

- Strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work alternating weekends, providing excellent service to our customers.

- Hungry for sales! You won't shy away from talking to customers and thrive on closing sales

- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills required
