The Thirsty Beaver Bar & Kitchen is looking for a passionate chef to lead our small and young team, must have at least 4 years' experience in a leadership role, or looking for a step up from sous chef for the first time.

We are an approx. 100-seater American style Low & Slow style restaurant, with the last American imported smoke oven. Our business has grown rapidly over the 3 years we have been open which creates a great opportunity for a young upcoming chef to establish themselves in a rewarding position with a generous salary with growth through results.

Based on 5 day working week approx. 45 hours.

Leadership training and guidance is offered through our kitchen operations manager.
