First Nations Identified Construction Roles – General, Skilled, and Ticketed Construction Workers & Operators

Dass Labour Hire is seeking motivated construction workers of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background to join our team across multiple Canberra projects. We are looking for general labourers, skilled trades, and ticketed operators who are committed, reliable, and ready to contribute to high‑profile works across the ACT.

What we’re looking for:

Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander

Mandatory tickets:

CPCWHS1001 – White Card

11084NAT – Asbestos Awareness

10830NAT – Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention

Additional licences/tickets (desirable): Telehandler, Boom Lift, Forklift...

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach

Reliability, punctuality, and pride in your work
