About the Role: Construction Worker ($28-$38hr)

Pacblue Constructions is currently seeking experienced construction workers to join our growing team. All positions will be ongoing full-time roles.

Duties:

Setting up formwork

Placement of concrete

Installing Reinforcement

Concrete Finishing

Requirements to be considered:

Must have a valid White card, Asbestos card, Driver’s License, and Silica Dust Awareness.

Must be able to work in a team environment and under supervision.

Be able to complete tasks given by Supervisors / Managers to a high level of quality.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

Have a minimum of 1 year of Construction experience.

Positive can-do attitude

About the Role: Machine Operator ($35 - $45hr)

Pacblue Constructions is currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing team. All positions will be ongoing full-time roles.

Duties:

Operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery.

Inspect and perform regular safety checks on equipment and machinery.

Dig trenches, move and level earth and assist in maintenance and construction work.

Using heavy machinery such as, but not limited to, excavators, rollers, skid steers and forklifts.

Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on machinery if/when required.

Loading trucks.

Working from drawings, specifications and verbal instructions.

carry out manual excavation and labour when required on site

Requirements to be considered:

Valid White card, Asbestos card, Driver’s License, Silica Dust Awareness, and Verification of Competency (VOC) for mobile plant. These are preferred, but for the right applicant, we will assist in obtaining them.

Must be able to work in a team environment and under supervision.

Be able to complete tasks given by Supervisors / Managers to a high level of quality.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Have a minimum of 3 years of Construction experience.

Positive can-do attitude.
