Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to take on a key role within our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks across multiple locations. As an integral member of our team, you will be expected to work independently, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless customer service and efficient warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in our retail store, both in-person and via phone or email, including assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and offering expert advice on hydroponic systems and related products.

Warehouse & Manufacturing: Oversee picking and packing of orders, stock management, and inventory control. Ensure timely organisation of freight pickups and deliveries.

Operational Efficiency: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring that safety protocols are followed and that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Multitask Across Locations: Work across multiple locations as required, assisting with day-to-day operations, including coordinating shipments, overseeing production tasks, and supporting the retail and warehousing teams.

Order Tracking & Communication: Track orders and keep customers informed about the status of their deliveries. Coordinate and manage communication with online customers, responding to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration & Independent Work: Work effectively in a team environment and also take the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.
