Boardroom Services Attendant

We are currently looking to fill a number of operational support staff as Boardroom Services Attendant roles for various Melbourne CBD locations within our corporate services operations.

As part of our highly professional and service focused team, your previous experience within the Hospitality/F&B/Catering industry will ensure the standards and service levels of our Host and their day to day internal operations.

Meeting room & Boardroom service

Formal and Informal Food & Beverage service

Events and Networking service

Cafe Barista service

Event and meeting service mobilisations

Guest relations support

Venues operate Monday through Friday 7.300am through to 6.00pm as standard. Our Host venues also hold a number of outside business hours networking and formal receptions that may require service coverage outside of standard business hours also. Due to the nature of our operations we are able to accommodate a number of varied and flexible working pattern arrangements to our staff.

Key criteria

Hospitality experience in a 5 star F&B hotel environment

Impeccable personal presentation

Impeccable communication skills

Attentive eye to detail

Motivated and engaged service focus and standards

Work well within a small and tight team environment
