About the role

Fulltime for the right candidate. Must be available Monday –Friday. Best Practice knowledge or similar needed

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming all patients

• Answering telephones

• Actioning emails

• Scheduling Patient Appointments for GPs

• Triage

• Invoicing all patients

• Submitting Medicare and DVA billing batches

• Workcover claims

• Settlement of EFT/HICAPS terminal

• Processing HICAPS payments

• Liaising with medical specialists, pathology, radiology

• Scanning, faxing & outgoing mail.

• Handling general enquiries

• General administration and clerical duties.

• Daily light cleaning duties of kitchen, reception, and waiting room areas.

• Banking/ Post Office when required.
