💰 $70,000 base + commission
We’re a fast-growing flooring company looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive performance in our busy showroom.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, leading a small sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a small retail sales team
Achieve sales targets and maximise business growth
Deliver outstanding customer service and flooring product advice
Handle stock, orders, and after-sales service coordination
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
Experience in sales and team leadership is a strong advantage
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Reliable, driven, and target-focused
What We Offer
Base salary of $70,000 + commission
