Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to high standards of service.
- Lead a team of dedicated sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximise their performance.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring that each customer receives personalised attention and a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in the management of inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's aesthetic and showcase products effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to ensure we can assist with meeting the demands of our clientele.
- Monitor and control store expenses, operational costs, and loss prevention measures.

Requirements:
– 5 + years of proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion and homewares
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
– Exceptional customer service mindset and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
– Excellent business acumen and understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis
– Strong fashion styling skills and a confident personal style, with the ability to inspire customers and lead by example on the shop floor
– Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
– Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
– Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems
