As we prepare to open our brand new Albion store in Brisbane this September, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting store opening and play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver excellence in every aspect of the store’s operation.

Training will take place at our Gold Coast (Bundall) store ahead of the opening to ensure you’re fully prepared and confident in our systems, products, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team

Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold visual merchandising standards

Assist with stock management, team rostering, and store administration

Step into a leadership role in the Manager’s absence

Help build a strong store culture in a new market

About You

Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail

Passion for homewares, interiors, or lifestyle brands

Confident, positive, and team-oriented with a hands-on approach

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Organised and adaptable, with great attention to detail
